All digital templates, designs, and invitation websites created through Evokes are considered final upon delivery. Users are encouraged to review template previews, features, and descriptions carefully before making a purchase decision.
Non-Returnable Cases
Evokes do not accept return requests for digital services due to change of mind, personal design preferences, incorrect details provided by the user, or delays caused by incomplete information submitted by the user.
Technical Issues
In rare cases where a technical error from Evokes results in the user being unable to access a purchased service, the issue will be reviewed and resolved through support or refund mechanisms as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Future Physical Products
If Evokes introduces physical products or printed invitations in the future, a separate return framework including eligibility, timelines, and conditions will be communicated clearly on the website at the time of purchase.
