Understanding our cancellation terms for digital services.
Relationship with Refund Policy
Evokes provides online invitation services and corresponding templates. As the services are virtual and personalized, cancellation requests are governed in alignment with the Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Cancellation
Requests for cancelling a paid service or template can be made only if the request is submitted prior to activation of the service, usage of the service, or unlocking of the template for use.
Post-Activation Limitations
After commencement of the invitation creation process or unlocking of a paid template, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
Usage-Based Restrictions
Any request for cancellation received after digital distribution, partial use, and/or customization — including cases where an invitation link has been created, edited, viewed for an extended period, or shared — will not be reversed.
Platform-Initiated Cancellations
Evokes retains the right to cancel services at its sole discretion in cases of misuse, breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or illegal content. Such cancellations may occur without prior notice.
Refund Clarification
Cancellation of a service does not necessarily entitle the user to a refund. All refund-related matters are strictly determined in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Important Reminder
Cancellation requests must be submitted before activating or using the service. Once a template is unlocked or an invitation is created, cancellations cannot be processed. For questions, contact info@evokes.me
