Evokes provides digital invitation services and customizable templates that are delivered electronically through the platform. Due to the digital, customized, and instantly accessible nature of these services, refunds are generally not applicable once a service, template, or feature has been accessed, activated, or used.
Purchase Review Responsibility
Users are encouraged to carefully review template previews, feature descriptions, and pricing details before completing a purchase. Once access to a paid template or service is granted, it is considered delivered.
Exceptional Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered only in limited and exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments, payment deductions without successful service activation, or verified technical issues originating from Evokes that prevent the user from accessing the purchased service. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Evokes.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on personal design preferences, change of mind after purchase, incorrect information entered by the user, or delays caused due to incomplete details or inaction from the user's side.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
